Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Creator Partnerships & Content Coordinator to support creator sourcing, outreach, content coordination, and creator relationship management for a fast-growing ecommerce brand.

This role is responsible for identifying suitable creators, coordinating outbound communication, managing creator relationships, and ensuring content is delivered according to creative briefs, timelines, and campaign requirements.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple creator relationships simultaneously while maintaining strong communication and operational follow-through.

This is not simply a social media admin role. Success in this position requires strong coordination skills, creator communication ability, and operational ownership across content production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Outreach & Relationship Management

  • Identify and source creators aligned with brand positioning and campaign goals

  • Conduct creator outreach across email, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms

  • Manage creator communication and follow-up throughout campaign lifecycle

  • Coordinate deliverables, timelines, revisions, and approvals with creators

  • Build and maintain organized creator databases and outreach pipelines


Content Coordination

  • Ensure creators receive clear briefs, references, and campaign requirements

  • Track creator submissions and ensure content is delivered on time

  • Coordinate revisions and feedback between creators and internal marketing team

  • Maintain organized tracking systems for creator campaigns and deliverables

  • Support ongoing creator testing and scaling workflows


Operational Support

  • Maintain campaign trackers, communication logs, and content organization systems

  • Help identify operational bottlenecks within creator workflows

  • Coordinate internally with marketing team on content needs and timelines


Qualifications

Required

  • Experience coordinating creators, influencers, UGC campaigns, or content production workflows

  • Strong written English communication skills

  • Experience managing outreach, follow-ups, and relationship coordination

  • Experience working with ecommerce, DTC, or consumer brands

  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and short-form content ecosystems

  • Strong organizational skills and operational follow-through

  • Comfortable managing multiple creators and moving timelines simultaneously

  • Experience using spreadsheets, tracking systems, or project management tools

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving ecommerce or marketing environment

  • Strong attention to detail and deadline management


Preferred

  • Experience supporting paid social or performance creative teams

  • Familiarity with creator sourcing tools or influencer databases
