Job Description:


We are seeking a Paid Media Buyer / Ecommerce Marketing Assistant to support a paid advertising and creative studio that works closely with premium ecommerce brands. This role is designed to take execution-heavy media buying and campaign buildout work off the founder’s plate so he can stay focused on strategy, client leadership, and performance direction.

The role is execution-focused, with an emphasis on building, uploading, and maintaining campaigns across Meta and Google, supporting ad launches, and ensuring platform work is completed accurately and on time. This is not a client-facing strategist role. The ideal hire should already understand the mechanics of ecommerce media buying and be able to action requests with minimal handholding once priorities are set.

This role will work closely with the founder through a weekly task structure and ongoing feedback loop, supporting the day-to-day execution required to keep multiple client accounts moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Buildout & Execution

  • Build and launch campaigns across Meta and Google Ads based on provided strategy

  • Upload new ad creatives and ensure correct campaign setup across platforms

  • Support campaign structure, ad set setup, audience implementation, and naming conventions

  • Assist with ongoing campaign maintenance and updates


Media Buying Support

  • Execute media buying tasks based on weekly priorities and action items

  • Monitor campaign details for accuracy and flag issues or inconsistencies

  • Support daily and weekly optimization workflows as directed

  • Help maintain account hygiene and execution quality across multiple brands


Creative & Asset Coordination

  • Upload and organize new ad creatives across client accounts

  • Ensure correct pairing of creatives, copy, formats, and placements

  • Coordinate with the founder on asset readiness and launch timing

  • Support campaign buildouts tied to new creative testing initiatives


Reporting & Performance Support

  • Pull platform data and assist with basic reporting preparation

  • Help track campaign changes and testing activity

  • Maintain organized documentation of builds, launches, and updates

  • Surface execution-level issues that may affect performance


Workflow & Operations Support

  • Work from a weekly Notion-based task list and priority structure

  • Attend regular syncs to align on deliverables, progress, and questions

  • Manage assigned tasks independently and complete them accurately

  • Contribute to smoother internal workflow as campaign volume grows


Qualifications:

Required

  • Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign setup and execution

  • 3–5 years of experience in paid media, ecommerce marketing, or a related execution role

  • Strong understanding of ecommerce campaign structures and ad platform workflows

  • Ability to build, launch, and manage campaigns with accuracy

  • Strong organization and ability to follow structured weekly priorities

  • Ability to work independently while taking direction well

  • Clear written communication and comfort working remotely


Preferred

  • Experience supporting a founder, strategist, or small agency-style team

  • Familiarity with Shopify, ecommerce funnels, and product-based brands

  • Exposure to performance reporting and campaign optimization workflows

  • Experience using Notion or similar project management tools

  • Experience working with premium or design-forward ecommerce brands
