Job Title: Graphic Designer (Paid Social, Production)

Reports To: Creative Strategist
Work Shift: Flexible (with 2-hours daily overlap in UK Timezone)
Working Hours: Full-time; ~40 hours per week
Job Description:
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support high-volume paid social creative production. This role is focused on executing static ad creatives based on provided briefs, with an emphasis on speed, consistency, and output.
The position is production-driven, not ideation-heavy. Creative direction, concepts, and briefs will be provided, and the designer will be responsible for turning those into high-quality assets at scale.
This role is critical in increasing creative output volume and supporting ongoing campaign testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Production (Primary Focus)
Design static ad creatives based on provided briefs
Execute multiple variations of creatives for testing
Maintain consistency in layout, branding, and formatting
Asset Iteration & Scaling
Produce variations across different hooks, messaging, and formats
Support high-volume output requirements
Adapt creatives based on feedback
Workflow & Execution
Work closely with the creative strategist and team
Manage deadlines and deliver consistent output
Maintain organized design files and asset libraries
Qualifications:
Required
Experience in graphic design for social media or ads
Strong execution ability and attention to detail
Ability to work quickly and handle high output volume
Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, and visual clarity
Preferred
Experience with ecommerce or paid social creatives
Familiarity with direct response ad formats
Experience working in fast-paced or production-heavy environments
