Job Title: Graphic Designer (Paid Social, Production)

Location: Remote
Reports To: Creative Strategist
Work Shift: Flexible (with 2-hours daily overlap in UK Timezone)
Working Hours: Full-time; ~40 hours per week

Job Description:

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support high-volume paid social creative production. This role is focused on executing static ad creatives based on provided briefs, with an emphasis on speed, consistency, and output.

The position is production-driven, not ideation-heavy. Creative direction, concepts, and briefs will be provided, and the designer will be responsible for turning those into high-quality assets at scale.

This role is critical in increasing creative output volume and supporting ongoing campaign testing.



Key Responsibilities:

Creative Production (Primary Focus)

  • Design static ad creatives based on provided briefs

  • Execute multiple variations of creatives for testing

  • Maintain consistency in layout, branding, and formatting


Asset Iteration & Scaling

  • Produce variations across different hooks, messaging, and formats

  • Support high-volume output requirements

  • Adapt creatives based on feedback


Workflow & Execution

  • Work closely with the creative strategist and team

  • Manage deadlines and deliver consistent output

  • Maintain organized design files and asset libraries


Qualifications:

Required

  • Experience in graphic design for social media or ads

  • Strong execution ability and attention to detail

  • Ability to work quickly and handle high output volume

  • Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, and visual clarity


Preferred

  • Experience with ecommerce or paid social creatives

  • Familiarity with direct response ad formats

  • Experience working in fast-paced or production-heavy environments
