CNC Programmer
About the job CNC Programmer
Experience: 5-10 years
Education Level: High School with Technical School*
*Programming education/certification required
Mon-Thursday 6am-4:30pm
Essential Job Functions:
- Program & set up CNCs and machining centers
- Fixture and program all jobs given
- Set up and programming 65%
- Planning 10%
- Order Tooling 5%
- Machine Operation 10%
- Inspection 10%
Required Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of machining and strong machining skills
- 5-10 years of experience turning, milling setup
- Intricate understanding of programming via Mastercam and integration
- Familiarity with new technologies
- Medium to high level of experience with tools and inserts
- Continually looking for new grades and options
- Experience in inspection of machined parts
- Trigonometry and blueprint literacy
- Fanuc, Mazak, Okuma lathe and mill controls experience a plus

Required Materials:
- Steel-toe safety footwear mandatory
