Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment. The right candidate must have electrical experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment, including but not limited to: CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and make necessary repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running at optimal levels.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Assist with equipment installations and upgrades.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding maintenance and repair needs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with CNC machines and other industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
• Experience with welding and electrical work is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and occasional weekends as needed.
