About the job Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our customers in the automotive and industrial sectors. You will work closely with our sales and engineering teams to ensure the successful installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support and services to customers, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of products
  •  Conduct product training for customers and distributors
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
  • Prepare and submit reports on service activities and customer feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and product updates
  • Travel to customer sites, both domestically and internationally, as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a field service or technical support role, preferably in the automotive or industrial sector
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 50% of the time
  • Valid driver's license and passport
