CNC Machinist

CNC Machinist - Mill Department 

Day shift / Afternoon Shift 

This position is responsible for setting up CNC Mills on existing parts as well as creating setups and programs for new parts.Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including vertical and horizontal milling machines, to produce parts according to specifications
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations
• Select and load appropriate materials into the machine
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet required specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the machining process
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or concerns to the supervisor
