We are an exciting recruiting, consulting and RPO startup with the benefit of a founder who has 20+ years of experience in the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management space. We offer Talent Acquisition Services, RPO, and Interim Executive Placement. Our company works with the real estate, construction, engineering, IT/technology, financial, healthcare and biopharmaceuticals industries. We've gotten off to a great start and have our eyes firmly on the near-term future. We're looking to expand our reach nationally, and eventually internationally. Our focus is on helping growth companies nail their hiring processes and build awesome teams in the process. That's where you come in.

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Specialist to help us expand our clientele. Aw shoot, we're really looking for a Sales Ninja who can work as a right hand to the CEO. You will be the introductory face of the company and will have to have the dedication to create and apply an effective B2B sales strategy that compels clients to want to close the deal. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. This position reports directly to the CEO and has a small base plus generous bonus/commission.

The position starts as a contract role but has the potential to become a full time (with a higher pay structure). At this time, the position pays $400 per week salary + commission.

**Due to COVID 19, this position is entirely remote with no plans to work from an office. So location is unimportant, as long as you reside in the US.**


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction (think win-win-win)
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs for one or more of our recruiting services
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Close sales with new clients
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support as needed
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople


SKILLS

  • Proven working experience as a business development or account manager, sales executive or a relevant role working with B2B professional services products and software sales experience is not applicable for this role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Linked In Navigator preferred)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Talent Acquisition/HR Consulting market knowledge is preferred.
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and team mates
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BS/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field helpful
