About the Role:

The Account Manager serves as the bridge between the client and the agency, ensuring clear communication, effective strategy implementation, and overall satisfaction. The primary purpose of this role is to understand and cater to the unique needs of each client, proactively identify opportunities for growth, and guarantee the delivery of high-quality services in line with client expectations and agency standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding and addressing their unique needs and concerns.
  • Monitoring and Communication: Daily monitoring of the Hyros dashboard to track revenue and platform integrations. Communicate any issues with the performance team as necessary.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams: Coordinate with internal teams such as designers, developers, performance managers, and marketing technicians to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all ad campaigns, designs, and copies meet quality standards, are grammatically correct, and comply with regulations.
  • Strategy Development: Discuss and strategize on campaign funnels, explore new regions, and define ad campaign objective

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure campaigns, designs, and copies meet quality standards
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices, particularly in paid advertising.
