About the role:
As a Media Buyer at Modernized Marketing, you are entrusted with a pivotal role in the execution and optimization of media campaigns to drive maximum ROAS for our clients. This crucial position involves the meticulous implementation of campaigns across various platforms, ensuring that each campaign aligns perfectly with the clients’ objectives and meets the high standards of quality and performance that Modernized Marketing is known for.
Key Functions:
- Campaign Setup and Management: Execute and manage ad campaigns across various platforms with a zero-error mindset. This involves selecting the right audiences, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and setting up ad creatives.
- Quality Assurance and Ad Compliance: Regularly review campaign setups to ensure they meet platform guidelines and avoid ad rejections. Understand and stay updated on ad criteria across different platforms to ensure compliance and high ad quality scores.
- Optimization and A/B Testing: Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance through A/B testing of ad copy, creative elements, and targeting strategies. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions
- Problem-Solving and Proactivity: Proactively identify potential issues in campaign performance or setup and devise solutions without waiting for guidance. This includes being vigilant about any stall points in campaign rollout and addressing them swiftly
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with performance managers, creative teams, and clients to align on campaign goals, brainstorm optimization strategies, and discuss performance improvements. Effective communication skills are key to ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Reporting: Generate reports outlining campaign performance and key metrics. Use this report to inform future campaign strategies and optimizations with the performance team.
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken as most of our clients speak English.
- Clear communication and data visualization.
- Strong ability to analyze data and use insights to improve campaign performance. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
- Knowledge of ad platforms and other digital marketing tools and techniques (GA4, GTM).
- Initiative to continuously seek improvement opportunities, both in campaign performance and personal skill enhancement.
