About the Role:

The Account Manager acts as the essential link between clients and the agency, ensuring clear communication, effective strategy implementation, and overall client satisfaction. This role is crucial for understanding and meeting each client's unique needs, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering high-quality services that meet client expectations and agency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring their unique needs and concerns are understood and addressed.
  • Monitoring and Communication: Daily check the Hyros dashboard for tracking revenue and platform integrations. Ensure client accounts are properly connected to guarantee accurate tracking and communicate any issues with the performance team if necessary.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams such as designers, developers, performance managers, and marketing technicians to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all ad campaigns, designs, and copies meet quality standards, are grammatically correct, and comply with regulations.
  • Strategic Planning: Discuss and strategize on campaign funnels, exploring new regions, and defining ad campaign objectives to create more targeted and effective ad campaigns.
  • Communication: Regularly update clients on progress, issues, or any relevant information, primarily through channels like Slack and Zoom calls.
  • Continued Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, enhance project management skills, and refine knowledge about paid ads platforms. Focus on improving service delivery, staying ahead of industry trends, and correctly using technical keywords related to the services.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse international backgrounds including US and UK based clients.
  • Previous experience in account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure campaigns, designs, and copies meet quality standards.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices, particularly in paid advertising.
