About the role:

As a Market Research Specialist at Modernized Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our services by conducting in-depth market research and analysis. This position requires a deep understanding of Marketing strategy and having knowledge of trading, FX (foreign exchange), and Prop Firm (proprietary trading firms) is a major plus. You will be responsible for gathering and interpreting data and conducting in-depth research to provide insights that will drive strategic decision-making and ensure the delivery of top-notch services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Market Analysis: Utilize various research methodologies to analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences within the trading and FX industry.
  • Identify Opportunities: Proactively identify new market opportunities and potential areas for growth based on thorough research and analysis.
  • Client Insights: Gather insights into client needs and preferences through market research to tailor our services effectively.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to ensure our services remain innovative and competitive.
  • Data Interpretation: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to extract actionable insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Provide strategic recommendations based on market research findings to enhance business performance and client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and Client Success teams to align market research efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing key findings, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in market research, preferably within the trading or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of trading, FX, and Prop Firms is a big plus.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
