Responsibilities:
- Draft and prosecute high-quality U.S. patent applications in a range of chemistry-related fields.
- Efficiently respond to office actions from the USPTO.
- Perform in-depth patent searches and due diligence.
- Act as a vital member of our team, supporting and benefiting from a culture of mentorship and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- PhD in Chemistry, with a focus on areas such as medicinal chemistry, small molecules, pharmaceuticals, drug discovery, or synthetic chemistry.
- 2-4 years of experience in patent prosecution.
- Admission to the USPTO preferred; MA Bar membership a plus.
- Strong academic credentials and exceptional writing skills.
