Masonry Site Supervisor

Job Description:

Hiring for a Field Supervisor in the Commercial Masonry Division with 5-10 years of overall experience in Commercial and Residential masonry. Someone that can facilitate commitment and productivity, remove obstacles, while motivating team members!

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Supervisory experience as a Field Supervisor or Superintendent or Foreman or Project Manager preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of commercial experience in the masonry/brick/block industry.

• High School diploma and/or a combination of education, experience and training. Bachelors degree preferred.

• Valid drivers license with satisfactory driving record.

• OSHA 10 hour certification preferred.

• Previous management and/or direct field experience required.

• Computer proficiency with experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Ability to read blueprints highly preferred.
