Project Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years of experience in the field with at least 5 years of General Contracting experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager in commercial construction working on Schools/Higher Education projects over $50M in size
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management highly preferred.
• Knowledge of all aspects of construction industry standards, building codes, equipment and methods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
  
• Valid driver's license and personal mode of transportation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• LEED and OSHA experience preferred.
