What You'll Be Doing
As a Commission Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, acting as the key client interface and ensuring objectives are met through value-driven cost management.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial & budget management
- Feasibility cost planning and design appraisals
- Procurement, tendering, and contract documentation
- Risk management and value engineering
- Post-contract cost control: valuations, final accounts, claims resolution
- Performance appraisal and contractor close-out
- Supporting internal business initiatives and product development
What Were Looking For
- Proven consultancy experience in cost management
- RICS membership (or working towards it)
- Strong client-facing skills and commercial acumen
- Ability to manage commissions of varying size and complexity
- A collaborative mindset and passion for delivering excellence
