The Role

As an Associate Senior Quantity Surveyor, youll lead the commercial delivery of projects from feasibility and cost planning through to final account.

Youll play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality, value, and client satisfaction while helping to drive growth and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead feasibility studies and cost planning from concept to detailed design

Conduct tender evaluations and support estimating activities

Oversee procurement, tendering, and pre-qualification processes

Manage change control, valuations, and cost reporting

Review contract integration, support claims, and negotiations

Apply value engineering to achieve best-value outcomes

Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants throughout all project stages

Private Healthcare & Hospitals

Education (Universities & Schools)

Commercial Offices, Industrial & Logistics

About You

10+ years experience in Quantity Surveying (PQS or Contractor)

Strong front-end estimating and cost-planning capability

Excellent knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts

Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying (RICS preferred)
