About the job IT Support Engineer
Job Purpose
Provide technical support to stationed customer. The focus will be to provide on‐site trouble shooting and validation as well as diagnosing and taking corrective action for existing system in the plant to maintain.
Onsite Engineer
Overall knowledge on L1 and L2 support on traceability solution and backbone IT infrastructure limited to LAN and fault detection whether from network/Server/OS/Data base
Deliver field reports to the respective managers
Knowledge on electrical cabling and sensor driven traceability components
Functional Areas
Proficiency in maintaining and supporting RFID and Barcode based traceability system
Take ownership of the project and ensure the smooth functioning of the same
Facilitate problem solving and collaboration
Training & Development
Analyse the training needs of the employees. Conduct training sessions to fulfil these needs
Work Flow Management
Ensure all equipments under the supervision are performing their tasks efficiently
