MLG Consult, a leading technology consulting firm, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst at MLG Consult, you will collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, analyze requirements, and facilitate the successful delivery of technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, processes, and challenges.
2. Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and propose effective solutions.
3. Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
4. Create clear and concise business requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
6. Perform gap analysis to identify areas where existing systems and processes fall short and propose enhancements or new technology solutions.
7. Analyze and document current and future-state business processes, identifying areas for optimization and automation.
8. Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Perform data analysis and present insights to support data-driven decision-making.
10. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet the defined requirements and business objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into actionable requirements.
4. Proficiency in business analysis techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements elicitation.
5. Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise business requirement documents and other project artifacts.
6. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and development teams.
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
9. Experience with business analysis tools and software is a plus (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
10. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional) are a plus.
