Legal Sales Rep - Remote

LEGAL SALES REP

Full‑Time Contract $12/hr + Commission
LATAM & Philippines time zones strongly preferred

Mayersohn Law Group, P.A. is hiring a Legal Sales Representative to conduct consultative sales calls with prospective clients, explain services, and close new engagements for our Family & Criminal Law practice. This is a remote role requiring strong communication, sales experience, and reliable tech.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct consultative sales calls with pre‑qualified leads
• Ask targeted questions to understand legal needs and determine fit
• Explain services, processes, and next steps clearly
• Follow up consistently to close leads and meet conversion goals
• Finalize contracts, process payments, and hand off clients to the legal team
• Enter accurate notes into Clio and maintain confidentiality
• Manage appointments, follow‑ups, and basic administrative tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Proven experience converting prospects into paying clients
• High‑ticket sales experience (legal, financial, SaaS, or similar)
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Excellent spoken English and professional phone presence
• Proficiency with video platforms, CRM systems, and Google Sheets
• Reliable internet, power, headset, and computer
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management
• Comfortable using a screenshot‑based time tracker
• Ability to follow structured scripts and procedures

Preferred

• Law firm or legal sales experience
• Proficiency with Clio
• Spanish bilingual
• Experience with consultative phone/video sales
• Dual monitors and access to a printer
