Brand Specialist (consumer activation)

The purpose of Brand Specialist will be to lead and assist some Brand Marketing initiatives and consumer activations of the Red Bull brand. The position is responsible for translating business/consumer/category data into actionable insights and implication to develop impactful brand marketing plans. In order to bring your specific plans to life, you will require cross-functional collaboration and influence, such as with Marketing network, On- & Off-Premise team, Operations, Finance, and also HQ counterpart stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

PLANNING & EXECUTION OF INITIATIVES

  • In collaboration with Brand Research Specialist and Off-Premise Business Intelligence, translate business/consumer/category data into strategy, and actionable business plan.
  • Lead or assist Brand Manager from strategy development to planning, and finally to execution of Initiative projects.
  • In collaboration with other Marketing network and On- & Off-Premise team, bring to life your Initiative plan in holistic manner from ATL to BTL.
  • Development of business brief for agency, and consumercentric IMC (integrated Marketing Communications) plan with excellence to idea, contents, and execution.

PLANNING & EXECUTION OF CONSUMER ACTIVATIONS

  • Lead and/or assist Brand Manager to deliver impactful instore and digital promotions (internally called consumer activations) together with the sales team and rest of the marketing team.
  • Support with creating and managing the overall annual consumer activation calendar.
  • Manage the making of specific consumer activations (Closed CAP and Open CAP) from start to finish.
  • Support daily, monthly & quarterly analysis of activation performance and provide ongoing management and tracking of activation performance via scheduled reporting & ad hoc analysis as needed for business.
  • Work closely with International HQ team counterparts and align plans.
  • Closely work with Creative and production agencies to provide compelling engagements.
  • Find the best consumer activation approach together with the key stakeholders within the sales team.
  • Present and sell in activations in to Sales team and customers.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • ~3+ years of B to C Brand Marketing experience, ideally FMCG brand management experience.
  • Skills to quantitatively & qualitatively assess consumer/category landscape to form implication & strategy.
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills be able to take the driver seat and lead internal & external stakeholders with clear objective.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of responsibility to deliver result.
  • Attention to detail and high level of a self organized working style.
