Main Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency and development across international markets.
  • Online Campaign Management: Coordinate internal teams and external partners to create and implement Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads campaigns tailored to different countries and audiences.
  • Digital Product Promotion: Develop effective digital strategies to promote products, maximizing visibility and engagement in international markets.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee the brands presence on social media, ensuring global relevance and impact.
  • Event Management and Coordination: Organize and manage marketing events relevant to the promotion of the brand and products, ensuring seamless execution in line with strategic objectives.
  • Performance and Budget Analysis: Monitor campaign results, ensuring budget compliance and optimizing performance.
  • SEO and Content: Oversee SEO strategies and work with the content, video, and design teams to ensure quality and relevance of materials.
  • New Brand Launch Leadership: Lead and implement strategies for the launch of a new brand, positioning it effectively in new markets.

What are we looking for?

  • Over 6 years of proven experience in international marketing roles, focusing on brand management and digital campaigns.
  • Solid experience in brand launches in international markets, including developing entry and expansion strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads) and social media management.
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, both internal and external, with a strong results-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content management, and copywriting, with experience in coordinating design, video, and content teams.
  • Fluent English is mandatory (other languages are a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills for monitoring campaigns and continuously optimizing results based on data.
  • Proactivity, autonomy, and leadership skills.
