- Maintain and improve accounting systems and financial processes.
- Partner with leadership on special projects and operational initiatives.
- Develop, mentor, and cross-train accounting staff to build organizational depth and continuity.
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will bring a combination of strong technical accounting expertise and proven leadership experience.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- CPA required.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Public accounting audit experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition principles.
- Experience with percentage-of-completion accounting.
- Experience preparing financial statements and managing the month-end close process.
- Multi-entity accounting experience is preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Sage Intacct, or comparable ERP systems is a plus.

You are someone who enjoys taking ownership of the accounting function while remaining hands-on when needed. You possess strong analytical skills, communicate effectively with colleagues across the organization, and lead by example. You're organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities without losing sight of accuracy or deadlines.
Most importantly, you're looking for a long-term opportunity where your work is valued, your expertise is trusted, and your contributions have a meaningful impact.
