About the job Executive, Sales Agency
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell MJBL's microfinance products to potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, door-to-door sales, and networking events.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on changes in microfinance regulations.
Qualifications:
- Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of microfinance products and services.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
