About the job Unit Head, Operation Agency
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, including assigning tasks and providing guidance and support
- Oversee the daily operations of the agency, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members
- Identify training needs and provide training and development opportunities for team members
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to make informed decisions for the agency
- Handle any escalated customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the operations or service industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets and goals
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Fluency in English and Lao, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is an asset
