Position: Executive, Sales SME

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement retail and MSME strategies in line with the bank's overall goals and objectives

- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competition to identify opportunities for growth

- Manage and oversee the retail and MSME teams, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and productivity

- Develop and maintain relationships with key retail and MSME partners and stakeholders

- Monitor sales performance and take necessary actions to achieve targets and increase profitability

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication

- Prepare and present reports on retail and MSME performance to the management team

- Continuously seek ways to improve processes, systems, and customer experience

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in retail and MSME operations

- Strong understanding of retail and MSME industry trends and best practices

- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing retail and MSME businesses

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
