Requirements:

  1. New Graduated in the major of: Business Management, Banking, Marketing...Other related
  2. Demonstrates good communication skills.
  3. Can work with the team.
  4. Willing to learn and adaptability skills.
  5. Understanding of digital payment systems and QR code technology; mobile banking.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with merchants effectively.
  7. Ability to address and resolve merchant issues related to QR payment systems in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building and maintaining positive relationships with merchants
  9. Ability to promote and sell digital payment products and services.
  10. Strong attention to detail, particularly in ensuring compliance and security.
  11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  12. Willingness to travel to merchant locations for onboarding and support purposes (if applicable).
