Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing:
- Proactively source candidates using various platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Recruitment Process:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Work closely with line-manager to ensure a smooth hiring process and alignment with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Candidate Evaluation:
- Assess candidates' qualifications through interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks.
- Provide hiring recommendations based on candidate evaluations and feedback from interviewers.
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- A strong network in the industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing techniques.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to assess cultural fit.
