Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing:

    • Proactively source candidates using various platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking events.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Recruitment Process:

    • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
    • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
    • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
    • Work closely with line-manager to ensure a smooth hiring process and alignment with business goals.
      • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Candidate Evaluation:

    • Assess candidates' qualifications through interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks.
    • Provide hiring recommendations based on candidate evaluations and feedback from interviewers.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • A strong network in the industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing techniques.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to assess cultural fit.
