Senior Executive, Finance Analysis

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks in financial data and provide recommendations to senior management

- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes

- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness

- Monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve business operations

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans

- Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and incorporate them into the company's financial strategies

- Mentor and provide guidance to junior finance team members

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

- 3-5 years of experience in finance analysis, preferably in the construction industry

- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices

- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software

- CPA or CFA designation is an asset
