About the job Senior Executive, Operation Agency
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive the growth and success of the agency bank.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing and developing teams
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluent in English and Lao, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
