Position: Unit Head, Front Line

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Front-Line team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed

- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction

- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and take necessary actions to address any issues

- Ensure that all team members are following Bank policies and procedures

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for customer demands

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field

- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Proven track record of achieving targets and goals

- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
