Job Responsibilities

• Oversee legal matters related to litigation and dispute resolution, as well as legal transactions, contracts, intellectual property, labor law, corporate partnerships, land management, and both domestic and international investment projects as assigned.
• Provide legal advice at both the policy and operational levels, locally and internationally.
• Coordinate with agencies in the justice system, government authorities, and external organizations.

Qualifications

• At least a bachelors degree in Law (LL.B)
• Possess lawyer license.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution, with solid knowledge of various legal fields in large private corporations
• Strong understanding of business operations
• Proficiency in English (TOEIC score > 650) and digital literacy
