About the job Head of Legal Office
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal counsel at both policy and operational levels, ensuring compliance with domestic and international legal standards.
- Serve as a key advisor to leadership, contributing to strategic decisions and business planning from a legal perspective.
- Oversee and manage legal transactions, contracts, intellectual property, labor law, corporate partnerships, litigation, and dispute resolution processes.
- Manage land-related legal matters and oversee investment projects both domestically and internationally.
- Offer consultation and certification services as a Notary Public in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with parties in the justice system, government entities, and external organizations to ensure seamless legal processes and compliance.
Expected qualifications:
- At least a Masters degree in Law (LLM). Any additional certifications in relevant legal fields are an advantage.
- Solid and progressive legal experience, preferably in corporate and law firms in multinational settings.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing legal issues across various jurisdictions.
- Strong understanding of business operations and their legal implications.
- High level of adaptability, resourcefulness, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong integrity, high commitment, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in digital technologies and legal tech tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to provide clear and concise legal advice.
