  • Planning, implementing and monitoring strategic projects in Talent and Succession management.
  • Facilitate various Talent and Secession management activities such as corporate learning and training sessions, learning classroom etc.
  • Organize and support learning needs analysis exercises by administering surveys, organizing focus groups, or brainstorming sessions.
  • Champions the individual development Plan (IDP) of focused managers, supervisors and emerging leaders.
  • Prepare various presentations, handouts, working tools or other materials related to Talent Management as required.
  • Assisting the Head of Talent and Succession Management Section in day-to-day management.

JOB SPECIFICATION

  • 5-7 years of experience in Talent management or Succession management functions.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated orientation to understanding the business and business strategy, and the ability to apply talent management process and tools to support strategic business objectives.
  • Excellent communication up, down, and across the function.
  • Good oral and written English communication skills.
