International Sales Representative
About the job International Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Manage sugar trading to achieve target and earn premiums as set by company.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and expand customer base in the direct business group.
- Prepare sales-related documents such as purchase agreements and addendums in a timely manner.
- Plan monthly sales and ensure timely delivery of products to customers as per agreements.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to create long-term satisfaction.
- Monitor sales terms and customer payment compliance in line with the company's financial policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce, International Business, or related field.
- At least 1 year experience in sales & marketing function, preferably in export sales role.
- Experience in commodity products, or related such as food & beverage is highly preferred.
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), PowerBI, and Tableu.
- Excellent command of English (TOEIC > 650).
