- Responsible for full loop of recruitment activities ranging from sourcing & selection, assessment, handle offering negotiation, to hiring & on-boarding
- Anticipate recruitment for recurring roles, as well as new and uncommon positions.
- Act as TA business partner in advising line manager where to find the best talents for uncommon roles, and work with HRBP on how to make placement. Then, set out recruitment action plans to fill vacancies within agreed cycle time, whilst getting quality candidates at reasonable hiring cost.
