Job Description:

  • Collaborate with management to understand business objectives and challenges.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.
  • Manage HR policies, procedures, and compliance processes.
  • Oversee performance management and succession planning.
  • Analyze organizational metrics and employee feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Analyze data from various systems for reporting, trend analysis, and manpower planning.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Identify training needs for the business and implement a learning and development roadmap.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Political Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR functions, preferrably in business partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, with excellent planning, organizing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerBI.
