Job Description:
- Collaborate with management to understand business objectives and challenges.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.
- Manage HR policies, procedures, and compliance processes.
- Oversee performance management and succession planning.
- Analyze organizational metrics and employee feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Analyze data from various systems for reporting, trend analysis, and manpower planning.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Identify training needs for the business and implement a learning and development roadmap.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Political Science, or related fields.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR functions, preferrably in business partner role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, with excellent planning, organizing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerBI.
