Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily schedules, appointments, and activities of top executive.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and strategic discussions.
  • Serve as a liaison for internal and external communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

Corporate Planning Analyst:

  • Study and establish a platform that links endorsed strategies and sets measures to track success, as well as tracking timelines, then communicate with business unit leaders.
  • Evaluate and monitor the progress of operations according to the strategies approved by the company's executive committees, and report to the committee periodically.
  • Analyze the results of business performance, compile reports, evaluate performance against business plans, and present them to the executive committee, then share the results with business unit leaders.
  • Compile analytical data and comparative statistics for situations within each business, both internally and externally, reporting to business unit leaders to inform business strategy formulation.
  • Develop plans for communicating operational results, improving and developing plans, and various projects, including providing advice, setting guidelines, and controlling strategies, plans, and projects to meet defined objectives.

Qualifications:

  • An idea candidate would hold Bachelors degree in Engineering and postgraduate degree in MBA or finance.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, with additional experience in corporate planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
