Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and monitor recruitment marketing campaigns to attract qualified candidates.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve results.

Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging content for various platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, videos, and more.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with Mitr Phols brand and messaging.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze metrics related to recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.

Employer Branding:

  • Enhance and promote Mitr Phol s employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Develop and manage content that showcases the company culture, values, and employee experiences.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with HR, recruitment teams, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align marketing efforts.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Gather feedback from candidates and make improvements as needed.

HR Projects

  • Implement initiate recruitment based projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree and/or Higher in Multimedia Technology, Digital Marketing, or other related field.
  • Proven at least 2 years experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or a similar role.
  • New graduate also welcome
  • Strong understanding of multimedia technology tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
