Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor recruitment marketing campaigns to attract qualified candidates.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve results.
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging content for various platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, videos, and more.
- Ensure all content is consistent with Mitr Phols brand and messaging.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze metrics related to recruitment marketing efforts.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
Employer Branding:
- Enhance and promote Mitr Phol s employer brand to attract top talent.
- Develop and manage content that showcases the company culture, values, and employee experiences.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR, recruitment teams, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align marketing efforts.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Gather feedback from candidates and make improvements as needed.
HR Projects
- Implement initiate recruitment based projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree and/or Higher in Multimedia Technology, Digital Marketing, or other related field.
- Proven at least 2 years experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or a similar role.
- New graduate also welcome
- Strong understanding of multimedia technology tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
