Compensation and benefits

  • Assist to develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices.
  • Assist in the preparation of compensation reports and data analysis for decision-making.
  • Monitor compensation trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support the implementation of incentive programs, bonus, and salary adjustments.

HR Strategy and Policy

  • Conduct regular policy reviews and updates in alignment with legal and organizational changes.
  • Analyze HR data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, industry regulations, and best HR practices.
  • Manage documentation and communication of HR policies to ensure clarity and accessibility.

Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a field related to Human Resources.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources management, specifically in Compensation & Benefits.

Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
  • Proficient in English language.
