Responsibilities:
- Develop and present process improvement projects to senior management.
- Implement state-of-the-art process improvement methodologies.
- Collaborate with various business units to understand their requirements and challenges.
- Monitor and provide ongoing support during the implementation of new processes, making adjustments as necessary.
- Train staff on new processes, technologies, and best practices.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of process improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on process improvements and changes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in process improvement.
- Manage multiple process improvement projects simultaneously.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or a related role.
- Strong background in analyzing and improving processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
- Strong capability to implement AI, IoT and cutting-edge digital technology.
- Understand workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend changes that will streamline operations.
- Deep understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
