Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Development Strategy:

  • Develop and execute OD strategies to align with the companys vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with leaders to ensure alignment of team and individual goals with organizational objectives.
  • Review and improve HR policies, systems, and processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Employee Engagement:

  • Develop and oversee employee engagement strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and propose action plans to address concerns.

Change Management:

  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and cultural change.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work closely with department heads and key stakeholders to identify and address organizational needs.
  • Act as a consultant and advisor on OD-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree of higher in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, HR, or a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and tools.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams, with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Good command of English skill
