Responsibilities:

Internship Program Management:

  • Design and implement a structured corporate internship program, including program criteria and objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process for interns, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate intern performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training sessions to ensure a seamless experience for interns.

University Partnerships and Campus Recruitment:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities and academic institutions.
  • Collaborate with universities to establish partnerships for internships, and talent pipeline development.
  • Plan and execute campus recruitment events, career fairs, and other engagement initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Act as the companys representative at university events, fostering positive relationships with students, faculty, and administrators.

Talent Pipeline Development:

  • Strategically build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates from universities for future hiring needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align internship and recruitment strategies with organizational goals.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:3-5 years in recruitment, with preference for candidates with internship program management and campus recruitment experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with universities and other academic institutions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the maturity to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with talent pipeline strategies and recruitment best practices.
