Responsibilities:
Internship Program Management:
- Design and implement a structured corporate internship program, including program criteria and objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process for interns, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Monitor and evaluate intern performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate onboarding and training sessions to ensure a seamless experience for interns.
University Partnerships and Campus Recruitment:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities and academic institutions.
- Collaborate with universities to establish partnerships for internships, and talent pipeline development.
- Plan and execute campus recruitment events, career fairs, and other engagement initiatives to attract top talent.
- Act as the companys representative at university events, fostering positive relationships with students, faculty, and administrators.
Talent Pipeline Development:
- Strategically build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates from universities for future hiring needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to align internship and recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:3-5 years in recruitment, with preference for candidates with internship program management and campus recruitment experience.
- Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with universities and other academic institutions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the maturity to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with talent pipeline strategies and recruitment best practices.
