About the job Vice President - Information Technolgy
Purpose of the role:
To define and drive the organization's information technology (IT) strategy in alignment with business objectives while fostering effective synergy among all business units, the Vice President of Information Technology will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and enhancing IT operations to achieve optimal results.
Responsibilities:
- Define Strategy and Foster Collaboration: Develop IT strategies and plans aligned with organizational goals, while promoting synergy among all business units to achieve maximum outcomes.
- Integrate AI and Technology: Incorporate AI into business solutions and manage systems such as SAP and other solutions to reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and enhance business competitiveness.
- Oversee Large-Scale IT Projects: Provide consultation and oversight to ensure successful project completion within time and budget constraints, while setting standards and effectively addressing challenges.
- Develop Infrastructure and Cybersecurity: Oversee modern infrastructure and security frameworks and plan effective business continuity strategies.
- Develop Personnel and Foster a Productive Work Culture: Serve as a mentor and leader to encourage learning and innovation while managing employees, including outsourced staff and third-party vendors, effectively.
Qualifications and Required Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, MIS, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience managing IT in large organizations utilizing SAP as ERP.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Business Solutions.
- Proficiency in applying AI to enhance business efficiency.
- Expertise in managing infrastructure supporting operations across subsidiaries and international businesses.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, long-term planning, and effectively executing plans.
- Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills in English.
- Leadership capabilities and skills in team and personnel management.
