Job Description

• Having technical knowledge about Wireless Network Technology especially Aruba/Ruckus/Cisco Enterprise.
• Handling Second level support for technical issues on Wireless Network products.
• Installing, implementing, troubleshoot, problem solving for project and supporting an enterprises users.
• Collaborate with another departments related to project plans, customer prospects, and ongoing projects.
• Handling several subordinate and supervise First level Engineer
• Responsible for fulfillment team certification

Minimum Qualifications

• Male with Max age 32 years old
• Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer & Technology
• Related 5 years experience with the same position
• Experienced in implementing routers and switches will be an advantage
• Having technical knowledge about the deployment of WLAN in enterprise environments (Aruba/Ruckus/Cisco).
• Have Cisco/Aruba/Ruckus certification is an advantage.
• Good in interpersonal skill, communication and able to work as part of team
• Able to work independently with strong initiative and problem solver attitude
