Engineer - Smart Buildings

Job Description

• Proficiency in design, installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems such as CCTV & Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Public, Address & Voice Evacuation Systems, Structured Cabling (Data & Voice), Building Management Systems (BMS), Intrusion Detection Systems, IPTV and SMATV Systems
• Familiarity with international standards for ELV systems 
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or other design/drafting tools
• Knowledge of integration between ELV and other building systems (e.g., HVAC, lighting, security)
• Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer to operations teams

Person Specification

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/ Telecommunication Engineering or related field
• Minimum 03 years of experience in ELV systems
• Certifications in relevant systems (e.g., Honeywell, Bosch, Hikvision, CommScope etc.) are a plus
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging collaboration technologies
