Job Description

• Provide Collaboration solution implementations and support for existing projects
• Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of collaboration systems under supervision
• Perform system setup, troubleshooting, and documentation tasks
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams to ensure smooth delivery of projectsExplore and learn emerging collaboration technologies, tools, and integration possibilities

Person Specification

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree (or recently completed) in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field
• Strong interest in networking, collaboration, and communication technologies
• Basic understanding of IT concepts such as networking, servers, and VoIP (training will be provided)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly in a professional environment
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Exposure to APIs, automation, or software integration concepts (academic or self-learning)
