Engineer - Smart Buildings (Fixed Term)

Job Description

• Design, installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems, including CCTV & Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Public Address & Voice Evacuation Systems, Structured Cabling (Data & Voice), Building Management Systems (BMS), Intrusion Detection Systems, and IPTV/SMATV Systems, in line with project requirements
• Ensure adherence to relevant international standards (e.g., NFPA, BS, IEC, SIRA) and best practices
• Prepare and review technical drawings and documentation using design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
• Support the integration of ELV systems with other building services (e.g., HVAC, lighting, security)

Person Specification

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunication Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 02+ years of experience in ELV systems
• Certifications in relevant systems (e.g., Honeywell, Bosch, Hikvision, CommScope, etc.) will be an added advantage
