Intern - Database and Middleware

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our Database and Middleware team for a 6-month internship. 

Job Description

• Database and Middleware Level 1 support to existing Client SLAs

• Support Senior Engineers to validate data and provide analyzable outputs

• Database and Middleware infrastructure deployment services new installations / pre UAT

• Level 1 diagnostics of Database/Middleware implementations Go Live support and Post go live

• Provide L1 support for customers on 24x7 basis and maintain records of each of the support tickets

• Work on implementation and migration work as assigned by the team lead

Person Specification

• Graduate or undergraduate, following a degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering

• Following certification in Oracle is an added advantage
