MillenniumIT ESP Singapore is seeking a highly driven Enterprise Business Development Manager to aggressively drive new logo acquisition and large-scale enterprise deals within the Singapore market. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in selling complex IT solutions to enterprise customers, with a proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, influence decision-makers, and close high-value, multi-stakeholder deals.

Job Description

  • Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise business opportunities across BFSI, Telco, GLCs, and large corporate accounts
  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including lead generation, solution positioning, proposal development, commercial negotiation, and deal closure
  • Build, manage, and sustain a robust sales pipeline aligned with assigned revenue and growth targets
  • Develop and execute account plans for key enterprise customers to drive wallet share expansion and long-term value
  • Establish and nurture trusted relationships with C-level executives, CIOs, CTOs, and senior decision-makers
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, and partner teams to ensure effective solution design and successful deal execution
  • Position and sell enterprise technology solutions, including cloud platforms, infrastructure services, cybersecurity solutions, and managed services

Person Specification

  • Minimum 08 years of progressive experience in enterprise IT sales, with a strong emphasis on new logo acquisition (hunter role)
  • Proven success in closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder IT deals within enterprise environments
  • Deep understanding of system integration, cloud ecosystems, and enterprise technology architectures
  • Prior experience engaging with tier-one principal vendors such as Oracle, Microsoft, Huawei, Cohesity, or equivalent is highly desirable
