Job Description

  • Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and panel members
  • Support the shortlisting process for internship applicants in collaboration with the Talent team
  • Maintain and regularly update the university engagement calendar and ensure all required approvals are in place
  • Update sheets with relevant information to track progress against openings Support reference checks with follow-ups for selected candidates
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of the Intern Development Program
  • Help design and circulate quarterly highlights and employee milestone flyers
  • Coordinate logistics and communication for wellbeing sessions and related employee initiatives
  • Assist in organizing the Coffee with CEO session held every six months, including communications and scheduling

Person Specification

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Prior internship experience in an HR or administrative function (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace tools
  • Interest in Human Resources, Talent Development, or Organizational Behavior
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
